Sonata's first album is full of good metal classics. The track "Blank File" is a good, fast opener. It tells about the Internet. There's so fast lyrics that I could imagine many vocalist would have difficulties to sing them. Sonata's vocalist is very good and he makes great job!! 4.75/5"My Land" is a popular track in the live permormances. It is a peaceful but there's also moments where the guitars are faster. 4.75/5 "8th Commandment" is a fast song. It tells about liars. There's very tough lyrics. 4.5/5 "Replica" is a peaceful track. It's a very touching song both lyrically and musically. It's also very popular track! A classic! 5/5 "Kingdom for a Heart" has great keyboards and great lyrics. It's a very touching song. 5/5 "FullMoon" has great lyrics! There's very good melody, and the chorus is very good "runaway, runaway, runaway". That's what the audience like to sing in the live concerts. 5/5 "Letter to Dana" is a ballad which tells about a girl. 4.5/5 "UnOpened" is almost like "Kingdom for a Heart": there's great keyboards. It's a love song. There's also a great keyboard solo in the middle of the song. 5/5 "Picturing the Past" is a fast, heavy song with good lyrics, almost like "8th Commandment". 4.25/5 "Destruction Preventer" tells about the end of the world. There's not only fast moments, there's also peaceful moments. A great song lyrically! 4.5/5 Ecliptica is lyrically very good and as a first album it's surprisingly good. There's not too many ballad like in "Silence". This is one of the most underrated albums ever!
