I recently heard this album at a friend's house, and i am SO glad i didn't spend money on this garbage!! This album has absolutely nothing to offer.... unless you like to music that sounds like it was made in a garage by a bunch of 12 year olds. I have always liked metallica. I even like they're newer stuff like Load and Re-load. Even though a lot of people don't like those albums because the music is toned down a little. At least they were well put together and the quality was good! Unlike St. Anger... which is garbage. I also realise that they were going for a more heavy sound like a lot of newer metal bands, and i am a fan of newer metal bands such as Slipknot, but this album just sucks! James must have forgotten how to sing. Kirk has NOT EVEN ONE solo!!!! they're new bass player sucks. and Lars sounds like he's playing on beer kegs!! Oh and i also agree with another review i read that said the songs are WAY too repetitive and LONG!!!
