Great album. Metallica on the rise.

Many fans consider this to be Metallica's best. Personally, I prefer "Master Of Puppets", but this album is great as well. "For Whom The Bell Tolls" and "Fade To Black" are standout tracks, and "Escape" could've been my theme song in my high school years. Recommended.

I have to add though: does anyone else find it ironic that a band that supposedly hates being labeled chose to name themselves METALlica?
