Ahh! How dare metallica slow the music down.I cannot imagine what they were thinking.These are words I have heard since this album came out.True fans of this band do not hate this masterpiece, but rather turn it up when sandman comes on.There are plenty of classics from start to finish on this disc.I do not compare this disc to any of their previous accomplishments because there is no comparison.What I mean is,is that all the riffage and all the butt kickin'grooves from the past are what they were,exactly that.But this albums complete change was so necessary to show these guys were more than thrash and more than just 4 guys playing the worlds greatest metal anthems.Definetly Metallica changed the face of metal over and over,but they redefined it with this one!
