The best thing about the album is that there's no filler

This is Metallica's best album by far. It was their last with Cliff Burton, and their second to last great album. This album isn't just mindless metal either. Hetfield writes amazing lyrics that deal with the problems in society. The best parts though are the solos played at 1000 miles per hour. Also there are no filler songs, the weakest trak would probably be "Thing That Should Not Be". The best tracks are of course "Master of Puppets", and the horribly underated "Damage Inc." Others like "Welcome Home(Sanitrium)" and "Disposable Heroes" are amazing as well. I miss the Metallica of the 80's with crazy fast rhythms, amazing solo's and songs that meant something. Unlike the Metallica now(Sellouts) with mindless rock songs, slow tempo's, and NO SOLO's WTF????? Cliff would be ashamed, and I know he is rolling over in his grave as we speak. Anyway, buy this album you won't regret it.
