Although 'Kill 'Em All' has slowly become a classic like all the other major Metallica albums, it is still cartoonish and silly. Going back and listening to the songs, I can't help but laugh at how absurd and laughable the lyrics are. Nontheless, the songs are well played and shows signs of the great stuff that came later on in their career.
