i love this album a lot because not only that its very good, its the album that started it all and this is a must have for any thrash fan.the abum starts off with a killer lightning speed song HIT THE LIGHTS!!! its the best one on the album lots of solos, growling vocals and excellent lyrics, and speedy riffs.then it goes t the four horsemen, its an excellent song filled with beutiful solos with beutiful riffs the middle of the song pretty good too.motorbreath is the only song written by hetfeild alone, and this song is not that great its more like a punkish riff song but its not that bad.jump in the fire has a lame intro but gets better and KILLER solos.then a cliff burton bass solo comes on but its just a bass solo and thats it,theres no drums, guitars,or anything else what so ever but the bass solo's awesome.next song whiplash is definitly worth listening to,it talks about metallica kicking ass at a concert.next comes on phantom lord which is beleive me or not one of the best metallica songs ever awesome solo, nice clean music in the middle after the solo, the riffs are okay and the chorus is killer.no remorse is dark people younger should stay away from that song, but this song is okay not that great and least fav from the album along with metal militia and seek & destroy........is an AWESOME KICKASS SONG!!!!,this is as good as hit the lights and you should listen to this song its definitly worth it.metal militia has weird lyrics but brutal riffs and raw growling vocals.now this is definitly having in your collection if you dont have this buy it now and your retarted nu-metal listening days are over my friend.
