I dished out 30 bucks to purchase Garage Days Revisited imported from Japan along with some pathetic demos from the Black album. I had a tape of the Garage days revisited back in high school and considered it a source of great pride to be on the "in" to even know of the existence of Garage Days. To be a true fan, you had to know about Garage Days. Then they went and made my 30$ investment obsolete by issuing a polished 2 disc set containing the Garage material. I WAS ..... However, they made some pretty cool new material like whiskey in the jar and astronomy. I can only hope that the tone of the collection of songs found here directs them in the future. I love the blues, and I hope the passion for blues guitar remains on future work. Well, I'm getting over my bitterness toward metallica by going and letting all their poser fans of the black/load/reload albums know about Garage Inc by covering a catchy Bob Seger tune and then cramming this stuff on disc two. At least they named the album after the original garage stuff. Hope you enjoy the garage work as much as I have, but I probably won't consider you a true fan... unless you had it before this two disc set and spent 30$ on it!
