this is the first album metallica recorded with a new bass player named jason newsted.everything about this album is EXCELLENT!! guitars are brutal,james really knows how to growl,and the drums has the best work on the entire album,lars absoulutly knows how to pummel his drums on every song,jasons bass lines are good not great.i know if cliff burton was still alive and was in this album this wouldve been better than master of puppets.this is metallicas last great album,i would highly recommend it to any thrash fan.
