Well, if these guys dressed in "macho" clothes can still manage to be called by some fans as "GODS", I guess anything is possible in this world.... Musically, FIGHTING THE WORLD is about MAnwoar's first record for a major label and, accordingly, clearly worried about releasing some single / MTV material (CARRY ON, mainly). The overall production is slicker and cleaner, but even so the band accomplished a good and solid metal album. My favourite track is BLACK WIND FIRE AND STEEL, and the majestic DEFENDER.
