Donated by Thomas Youngblood's sponsor ESP Guitar Company, the LTD H101FM model is similar to the guitar played by Thomas, and is autographed by him in gold ink. In addition to this beautiful guitar is a hard case, as well as a glossy 8x10 press shot autographed by all members of Kamelot.
The Nov 21, 2007 street date marks the starting line for fans to get their entry forms, only available in Metal Maniacs. The magazine will feature a full page ad describing the contest, complete with an entry form. Fans are asked to cut out the form, fill it out, and send it back to Metal Maniacs by December 26, 2007. Only authentic entry forms from the magazine are allowed, no photocopies.
