I bought this record to get a rebate on Dream Theater's "Awake" and sor far I can tell you that I will listen to Awake at least a 100 times more than this in my life. I just don't understand why Judas Priest is acclaimed as a legendary metal band by so many people. This music can certainly be qualified as "Heavy Metal" but as music it is very poor. It's always the same deal: Guitar beat with a guy talking about how 'metal!' he is, some high-pitched vocals there and there and a guitar solo before the last chorus, and voila, a new heavy metal song. I mean, just listen to "Metal Meltdown"'s lyrics, it's ridiculous. Don't make the same error as me if you don't know much about Judas Priest. Don't waste your money on this, even if you're someone who likes adding historical value to his/her music collection. You should get other best-ofs instead, like Iron Maiden or something...
