One can't help but conjure up images of marine life while listening to this epic tome. Blasting wave after frenetic wave of blasting beats, drummer Dave Holland is like a metronomic octopus burying his pulsating suckers into your friggin' skull. Bassist Ian Hill's dark, ominous notes rake the ocean's depths, randomly looking for prey like a retarded manta ray. Glenn Tipton elicits a feeding frenzy with his musical blood-letting, sinking his six-stringer into your Pabst-addled brain like a ravenous great white at an all-u-can-eat seal buffet. Axemaster-in-crime K.K.Downing?--A barracuda picking off the quivering scraps of flesh Tipton couldn't swallow. And then there's monolithic frontman Rob Halford, whose banshee cry of "Some heads are gonna roll!" can be heard for miles and miles, like the plaintive song of the giant sperm whale that he is. Learn to love it...WHOOOOO!....or die ignorant!
