Sure Rob Halford may not be in the band anymore - he is too busy doing his prance fancy happy-go-lucky Nine Inch Nails imitation with his solo band, Two. But if you haven't heard Priest's new singer, Ripper Owens yet, now is the time! Imagine Rob Halford with balls and more range on vocals. Ripper Owens is plain AWESOME! He sparks a new energy into this band that will ignite the fans of old. His ability to sing the old classics like "The Ripper," "Victim Of Changes," "Green Manalishi," and the acoustical live version of "Diamonds & Rust" are worth the buy alone. There's no way in hell Halford could hit those classic high notes nowadays. Did Priest get this singer's vocal chords by a secret genetic cloning of Halford's? Ripper Owens is a plain miracle!! This double live CD is "thee" Priest live CD and a must for all Priest and metal fans!! This is a MUST buy!!! Judas Priest are going to lead the great metal comeback of the new millennium, and "'98 Live Meltdown" is just a prelude to the new vision of these metal legends.
