Why is this album rated 3 and a half stars? Could be that most of you reviewers (of this album) out there are old fans of the old Judas Priest. But this rocks rust as much as Painkiller though it's a whole lot different. In here you will notice a major change in Priests' musical style with their new lead singer Ripper Owens, chosen by the band itself in a fan club audition if I remember correctly. This contains a bit of nu, and heavy metal and some synth guitar sounds. However Jugulator is the only new Priest album a true metal fan would want, because it's very unlikely you would find that Demolition is as good as this. Songs like "Lost and Found" are just not for us. I never heard the rest of Demolition, but I know we won't like it. In most cases when a band changes a singer the band changes for the worst, just like what happend to Sepultura that same time, but in this case it doasn't mater(just as long as the music is great). In short this album is certainly one of a kind!
