7 years after Ram It Down, with a new singer named Tim Owens, codename "Ripper," this band had been written off. Then comes this Jugulator CD. It gave a new meaning to the previous single of there's "Some Heads are Going to Roll." In fact not only did the heads roll but they also were split upon and the critics who wrote them off well, there heads went BOOM, EXPLOSION! (lol) Anyhow here is the listing of the songs:Jugulator: 5/5 the title track kicks major arse. I loved the intro with the sounds in the faint background. Blood Stained: 4/5 surely it is! Dead Meat: 4/5 anything but my friend! Death Row: 5/5 just a great song Decapitate: 4/5 man i swear the time off did these guys more violent and good! Burn in Hell: 5/5 some ppl ought to listen to the song title and do such. Brain Dead: 3/5 okay track. Abductors: 4/5 abductors of this crappy new stuff and killing it off. Bullet Train: 6/5 mind numbingly good stuff here. The music is my favorite of the whole CD. Cathedral Spries: 5/5 awesome ending tune. Overall: it would seem from 1990 (the end of the pop-era JP) and 1997 (Death-era JP) and with losing Halford they were down for. But this CD, with Demolition proved Owens's worth in the band, until Rob returned.
