Of all the fine records they've put out, this one is still the one that I love the most. In fact, I can't think of a bad song on the entire record. My wife, who is an Ozzy fan, thinks some of the songs, such as Evening Star, and Before The Dawn, sound "Ozzy-esque." Rob Halford's unique and powerful voice, along with Glen Tipton's lead guitar are truly one of a kind. My two boys, who are three and five, absolutely love this record, too! If you like heavy metal music that actually has a melodic sound to it, then you can't go wrong with Hell Bent For Leather. If you like it, I also highly recommend British Steel.
