Wow..this cd is an instant metal classic. Tipton and Downing show true instrumentals with screamin solos. Ripper has one of the best metal voices in the new world! The cd starts off with 'Machine Man'; a fast and furious song/story about a car-like machine, and it ends off with the notorious 'Metal Messiah', a medium paced tempo song about life in the metal world. Every song between those are geniune masterpieces. The song Jekyll and Hyde to me is the most meaningful 'woah its killing me, unpredictability, whoa all the time, hide behind your Jekyll and Hyde' is the chorus. Being a guitarist for 9 years, I appreciate the riffs of the songs and the solos, but for those of you who cant stand the scream of a 6 stringer, then this cd will still suit you! All in all this cd rates an 11 out of 10 on my scale. Even though the former vocalist Halford is gone, like an ideal metal band, has gotten heavier and heavier through Glenn, K.K., Ian, Scott & Ripper. BUY THIS CD NOW!!
