Demolition is much better than Jugulator, Turbo, Ram it Down and Sin After Sin. Demolition a lot more to offer than the majority of the new releases set forth by many new artists (can I call them artists). Ian, Glenn and KK continue to produce new and exciting guitar riffs and sounds, Scott tears up the drums and Ripper has added more depth to their already awesome repertoire. His wide range and ability to produce sounds Halford never could add much more to this cd and Judas Priest. I would have liked to hear more of his screams and shrills on Demolition; however, he adds growls and a grunge sound that were desparately needed in the last two priest cd's (Jugulator and Painkiller)(Meltdown '98 Awesome and perfect). Although Blood Suckers, Machine Man and Cyber Face are not great songs, Ripper makes them tolerable. One on One is a power horse, Hell is Home is self explanatory (Awesome song), In Between, Jekyl & Hyde, Devil Diggers are strong and energy boosting, Close to You and lost and found slow it down just at the right times, and Feed on Me, Subterfuge and Metal Messiah bring you back up. I would have liked to hear more of what Ripper and Scott have to offer with the song writing. If anyone has purchased the Japanese release, you know what I am talking about ("Whats my Name", good song)... For any true Metal fan, Demolition is a must buy. Long live the Priest!!!!!!
