A flawless masterpiece abounding with greatness and beauty

with these words, the gloomy journey commences, and its powerful spiral soon will drag you down to the bottoms of your soul as well. This opus is outstanding beyond words. Its power unfolds slowly but irresistably; like every shining gem its light rather glows stronger with every spin than being weakened or fading away. In my eyes, the song "Seventh Son of a Seventh Son" is the epicentre of the CD around which everything revolves; when you hear it, you feel like participating in the enthronization ceremony of the seveth, the heavenly, the chosen One. The eye of your mind drifts ahead like an observer on a dreamlike journey, sombre and opaque. You stand in the gloomy torchlight of a dark cathedral watching behooded shadows marching slowly towards a celestial radiant illumination. Th end of the song leaves you silent, reluctant, pondering. Follow the path of the seventh One, step out of place and time for a short still everlasting moment. A huge down on two knees bow to Iron Maiden for this piece of art unmatched and unrivalled. I'd rather destroy hundred different CDs of mine than laying this into the hands of another. It's a juwel in a heap of dung. Join the path of the Seventh Son.
