This is the album that will intrigue you, and forever make you say METAL RULES! Nothing, and I mean, nothing, could top this sometimes progressive, sometimes speedy, sometimes atmospheric masterpiece. We have the opener "Aces High", a song that would give speed metal a run for it's money, then we have the dark and dramatic "Two Minutes To Midnight", then we have the great abstract instrumental "Losfer Words". The riff at the beginning of "Flash Of The Blade" just gives me chills in my spine. We finish off with the title track, an ode to ancient Egypt(and they do it well, the instrumentalism here would make you think you are riding a camel through the desert), and then the ULTIMATE METAL MASTERPIECE, "Rime Of The Ancient Mariner". It is progressive, emotion, and at the same time, is still a hard rocking song. You do not know the full capabilities of metal until you have heard this album straight through.
