It's beyond me why people say this album is sub-par. It's definetly a great one. The riffs are great and Bruce's voice is smooth and works well in each song. The best songs are Bring Your Daughter To The Slaughter, Tailgunner, Mother Russia, Holy Smoke, and Fates Warning. Janick Gers is often made fun of and underrated, and I do prefer Adrian Smith, but Gers is quite talented. You should definetly pick up this album and give it a try, don't listen to all the negative reviews.
