Van Halen saved us from disco,But Iron Maiden blew punk out of the water. This cd along with KILLERS is a must have for any rocker. Their debut album,although it's not the best produced of the bunch. Thats ok. First off Iron Maiden is the last of the "own personality"rock bands that there ever will be.(Black Sabbath,Led Zeppelin,Deep Purple)The first album not only shows us Iron Maiden smokes.But if you got to see 'em on this tour.Opening for KISS,UFO. You can tell, They were not being defiant. what you got to see was men who had the courage of their convictions. And that my freind is what comes out of their first two cd's. Also now that they have been remasterd with added tracks.(Maiden, always giving the best.) If you have a multible CD machine at home and love to push >RANDUM BUTTON<. You have to place their FIRST ALBUM next to KILLERS. They belong together. You can't have one without the other. Period. Makes a great x-mas gift to. Goes great with Judas Priest/British Steel. Just thought you needed to know that. THANKS! "UP THE HAMMERS!" P.S. This is also the last album ever released,you could just look at the cover and tell "I'll just bet this is a rocken' record! " After this 80 percent of the bands coming out. Well, Lets just say the covers were better than the music. Just look around and you can still see. There are still only a handfull of people putting out quality music. It has always been that way and always will be. That means the best is yet to come. THANK GOD FOR ROCK & ROLL! 10 STARS.
