Now a lot of die hard iron maiden fans probably dislike this because they have mellowed out, but i find it for the better. There is a lot of talent in the cd, especially with all of the orchestra. you can tell from the cd that iron maiden have matured their music with this cd. my favorite song on the cd is "Face in the Sand" because of the double bass and the strings in it. my other favorites are no more lies, paschendale, and journeymen. the only thing i dislike about the cd is it kind of sounds like songs that'd be on a disney movie. that's ok though. if you enjoy really technical music then buy this cd. don't buy this if you like hair metal because this is not hair metal. i would suggest buying fear of the dark if you like hari metal
