In lieu of all the crap that i get to watch on empTV et all the radio hoohaa...i wait loningly for sumthin like this...sumthin that takes me on a visceral trip to the time in my mind where everything is fine and music means dreams and journeys into new frontiers yet with a sense of enlightenement...this happens every few years and it has happened again...MAIDEN IS BACK!!!!...simply put, this is a top contender for CD of the year...except for 'wildest dreams'...by any other band, it would be a great single but from these boys its a weak radio effort which they dont need to do, cause hey, no true metal fan listens to the crap on radio these days anyways...right from rainmaker, the air raid siren, the galloping bass, the thundering drums and the three guitar attack storms through melodies whichi didnt think possible and riffs as bad ass as they've ever been since the piece of mind glory days...and then there's journeyman, u want an acoustic song boys, this is how its done...buy it cause we all know these guys will never sell out and always will give u your money and time's worth...UP THE IRONS!!!!
