All in all I think this is a decently OK greatest hists collection. It does contain some of their best songs ever such as "The Number Of The Beast", "Hallowed Be Thy Name", "The Trooper", "2 Minutes To Midnight", and "Aces High". But before I get too far on the subject of how good it is lets skip the trash, and get down to the point. I think this is a terrible album. It focuses way too much on their latter yet not so good albums. Some of these are "Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son", "Fear Of The Dark", "Somewhere In Time", and "The X-Factor" or something like that which dosen't even have Bruce Dickerson in it. NO! Instead it has someone by the name of Blaze Bayley who can't even sing. I would also like to point out the fact that there is not one song on here that features the singing of origional vocalist Paul Diano. He was only on 2 of their albums but those 2 were 2 of their best ones("Iron Maiden", and "Killers"). There is however "Running Free" on here but it is a latter live version which is not nearly as good as the origional. On this album there is no "Phantom Of The Opera", "Sanctuary", "Wrathchild", "Flight Of Icarus", "Rime Of The Ancient Mariner", "Die With Your Boots On", "Where Eagles Dare" or "22 Acacia Avenue". There is a double album out which is better, because it adds in more of the early classics and only adds in a few of the latter songs. But either way "Flight Of Icarus" is still missing. So my main complaint is that some of the early "good" songs are missing because they are overshadowed by some of the latter "not so good" songs like "Bring Your Daughter...", "Can I Play With Madness", "Virus", "Fear Of The Dark" ect. So if you are a new Iron Maiden fan, don't buy this. Buy the double album because you will be exposed to a lot more good music.
