Added Thursday, September 27, 2007 Planet Rock, PURE, Marshall Amplification and Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy have joined forces to host a major online charity auction -- "RockStarRadios" with the chance to bid on special edition DAB Digital radios all signed by rocks royalty.
Rock and music legends from around the world have all been getting involved to make their mark on the PURE EVOKE -1XT Marshall edition DAB radios. The digital radios will be auctioned off at www.rockstarradios.com for the whole month of October and the highest bidder will win each radio.
Bruce Dickinson is one of the featured artists that have signed a digital radio, and we would like to know whether you would like to promote this auction on your website. Other artists featured include Noel & Liam Gallagher, Alice Cooper, Phil Manzanera, Gene Simmons, Ronnie Wood, Bill Wyman, Joe Walsh to name a few.
Anyone can bid and quite simply, the highest bidder for each radio will win a piece of rock history. The more money that is raised for NRMTC, the longer they can support ongoing research and provide music therapy and the training of future music therapists across the UK.
