Added Monday, November 19, 2007 Pre-sale codes allow fan club members to access the ticket agent's website ahead of the general public, giving them the opportunity to purchase their tickets early. Please note that we do not guarantee the best seats in the house.
Tickets can only be purchased via the ticket agent's website - there is no facility for fanclub members to buy pre-sale tickets over the phone.
Most ticket agent's will require to use a credit card to purchase. There is no problem with a fanclub member using a friend or family member's card (with permission of course!).
The ticketing websites have been tested with the most popular operating systems and web browsers. We cannot take any responsibility for problems with these external sites or with issues on your own computer that cause you to be unable to access the pre-sale.
The ticketing websites may only be available in the appropriate language for the country they're in.
Pre-sale codes and links are sent to all active fan club member via Private Message on www.ironmaiden.com and can be accessed by visiting your PM box - http://www.ironmaiden.com/fanclub/private.php (you must log in). Codes and links are NOT sent by email. It is your responsibility to check your Private Messages in order to receive your details.
You will only receive pre-sale information if you are a fully-activated member of the IMFC (online or full) 12 hours before the start of the pre-sale.
If your membership is not fully functional at this time you will not receive a pre-sale code.

Pre-sale information will be sent the night before the presale starts. Please ensure that you read it thoroughly as any important last-minute information will be contained within.
During the pre-sale, please check the forum for any announcements -- if there are any problems we will do our best to keep everyone notified using this medium.
