This is good stuff. Real Good. It's been said to harness the speed of Jester Race with the melodicity (yeah thats a word) of Colony. Thats completely true, and what a great combination.Anders' singing on this one is a bit more low pitched and I would say death-oriented than on the later albums such as clayman but it works, and boy does it ever. Jotun simply had some of the most fascinating lyrics I've ever heard. The song writing is simply amazing. Strõmblad is really at the top of his songwriting game here, composing such greats as Episode 666 and Jester Script Transfigured -- entirely by himself. As i said earlier, this album has the speed of Jester Race, so if that interests you at all, go pick this one up immediately.
