Since i first heard of in flames, i enjoyed them alot, but i only heard songs off of their cd reroute to remain. i picked up whoracle, because i have read many great things about it, and i needed to quench my curiosity. Upon purchasing this album, i have gained the up-most respect for the memebers of in flames. first of all, i must say that this is the greatest cd i have purchased in the longest time. They have managed to create a musical spectrum of heaviness and melody, the lyrics are astounding "...more radiant than the sum of suns..." and the guitar work could not be more 'together'. since i can not describe just how good this is, i will break it down.1. Jotun- a fantastic opener with a classic guitar riff. (10/10) 2. Food for the gods- great guitar work and vocals. (10/10) 3. Gyroscope- a beautifully melodic track with amazing guitars. (10/10) 4. Dialogue with the stars- quite possibly the best instrumental track ever recorded. just beautiful. (10/10) 5. The hive- my personal favorite, absolutly perfect, with memorable chorus and an AMAZING guitar solo to end it. (11/10) 6. Jester script transfigured- a slower track, but amazing lyrics. (10/10) 7. Morphing into primal- a heavier track with nice vocals. (10/10) 8. Worlds within the margin- not one of my favorites, but a great track nonetheless. (9/10) 9. Episode 666- the heaviest track on the cd with great chorus. (10/10) 10. Everything counts- a nice track, not so great, but it has a good chorus. (9/10) 11. Whoracle- a perfect way to end a perfect cd. nice female vocals. (10/10) Well, that about sums up this review. Go out there and buy this. Definetly the best in melodic death metal. The Faceless
