Remember when Metallica used to know what guitar harmonies were? The blistering trade offs between Kirk and James on Master, Ride the Lightning and especially and Justice for All?

In Flames does. They keep the same "tone" that Metallica had back then, infuse it with a heavy Yngwie influence and a perfect understanding between two guitar players. The result is some of the most "beautiful" death metal sounds imaginable.

The live album starts muddled in the mix with "Bullet Ride", but the mix improves as they play 5 of my favorite songs in a row. Embody the Invisible is amazing.
