This album shows that In Flames has taken a turn for the worst. This album makes me very sad. How can a band that released such masterpieces as "Lunar Strain", "Subterranean", "The Jester Race", and "Whoracle" create such a terrible album. This is nu-metal and is more appropriate for Korn fans then In Flames fans. The reason why so many people like this album is because it is nu-metal. I am sure that if you look at the cd collections of the people that rank this album above their old albums you will find bands such as Linkin Park and Korn. After the loss of Ljungstrom and Svennson, the music began going down hill. Though Colony and Clayman were very good albums, they just do not have the same amazing In Flames quality. Before creating Reroute to Remain In Flames got a new producer. I think this may be the reason they became more nu-metal. The new producer wants them to appeal more to the masses and become a household metal band. But honestly, this is a terrible release, and their newest album Soundtrack To Your Escape is terrible as well. This album is not worth the money, it is actually not even worth five dollars. It is not worthy of the name In Flames.
