For some of these people that say this is hardly death metal or metal, i say who gives a .... Why do they have to catergorize everything, if it sounds good, it is. Why does it matter what it is in flames have shown that they can make these awesome instrumental begginings and then continue into a heavy song and then into these wicked solos. This band has taken over where metallica left off. Bullet ride, Square nothing, swim and clayman are the highlights but every song is a good song. Not just this album but every album is a good album. Hopefully these people that listen to all this pop sh*t can realize that these pop and rap artists wont be around in 10 years but these bands will. Metallica have showed this, sabbath has, maiden has g&r have and so will in flames.
