The dragon song - riff stolen from Blind Guardian's "And the story ends", jeckyll and hyede - riff stolen from Deep Purple's child in time. I'm sure there's many others if I look more carefully. Although the album has its moments for sure, (dracula, phantom of the opera) it is largely overshadowed by the first few tracks, with their "been there done that" derivative riffs. It has that "metal" feel like Sanctuary (warrel dane's band before nevermore) except it's not cool anymore because it's been done before. If you want metal like Iced Earth except way better in every single way, listen to Sanctuary's Refuge Denied, that's more like stuff you'll like.
