Just picked this album out, and as a huge Helloween fan (especially of the Michael Kiske/Kai Hansen era), i must say that this album is very good featuring heavy & catchy riffs with solid vocals coming from Andi Deris. As much as i liked this album, i must admit that Better Than Raw is a stronger & heavier album. The production is probably their best of any of their past albums, with Roy Z. (Maiden/Dickinson/Halford) as the man! This is also their first album on their new label, Nuclear Blast. Some of their stronger tracks include: "Mr. Torture", "If I Could Fly", "The Dark Ride", "Escalation 666" & "Mirror Mirror".If you're new to Helloween & the whole Power Metal scene, then i wouldn't recommend it, and would recommend they're classic, "Keeper of the Seven Keys, Part II" or even to get "Better Than Raw" before you get this one. But if you're a Helloween fan, especially of the Andi Deris era, then this is a must! Just wonder when they're gonna release this album out in the US and not have to buy it as a European/Japanese Import (which i had to do). If you like Helloween then you'll love these bands: HammerFall, Gamma Ray (featuring ex-Helloween axe man Kai Hansen), Stratovarius, Iron Saviour, Blind Guardian, Primal Fear, Yngwie Malmsteen, Rhapsody!
