Let me start by saying that this album is the most melodic of the Deris era stuff. It's still very heavy at points, but it seems they are concentrating more on writing more melodic stuff. Deris sounds really good on this release. I'm a huge fan of the Kiske era, anyone who is should pick this up. You won't be dissapointed. Also, if you can check out the version that has the Queen cover tune "sheer heart attack", they play it note for note. Deris nails the chorus harmony vocal!
