This release, like its predecessor, is an absolute gem. "Leagcy Of Kings" is, in fact, more gratifying than "Glory To The Brave". True, Hammerfall does not bring anything new to the genre, but as a matter of fact, it is this very amalgamation of styles (Helloween's, Manowar's and Maiden's are the ones that come immediately to mind) that makes them great. At its very worst "Legacy" is a European slab of power metal... served with utter perfection.
