I'll have to say that this album has some of the best guitar solos and keyboards I have heard. The music here is like power metal with harsh, black metal vocals. You wouldn't think that it would blend together at first, but after a while you'll be singing along with the choruses.

And that's one of the album's strong points: it's catchy. I have had the keyboard part to "Bodom After Midnight" stuck in my head for several days now. My only small gripe with the album is that the lyrics are less than brilliant; they are pretty straightforward. The first three tracks are the strongest, in my opinion, and it ends with 2 more great songs. I tend to skip over "Mask of Sanity" for some reason. Not that its a bad song, it just didn't hit me in the same wway as the others did.

Nevertheless, I highly recommend this to melodic death metal fans. One listen to this, and you will be humming the tunes to yourself in no time.
